Apostle Deveina Reynolds is a native of Citronelle, Alabama, hailing from the peaceful community of Vernal, Ms. Her journey in faith commenced in 1986, marked by a profound acceptance of Jesus Christ and a transformative baptism of the Holy Spirit. She is the esteemed wife of Apostle Robert Reynolds Sr. and the Co-founder of The Lift Worldwide Outreach Ministries.  

Functioning as a Preacher, Teacher, and Builder for the Kingdom of God, Apostle Deveina Reynolds discovered her divine calling amidst extraordinary circumstances. In 2009, she wholeheartedly responded to the call of Jesus Christ, dedicating herself to the service and ministry of the Gospel. Complementing her spiritual journey, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from E. L. Whiting Seminary in 2014 and recently received an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development in 2023.  

In addition to her spiritual endeavors, Apostle Deveina Reynolds is a distinguished business owner, entrepreneur, and visionary. She is the founder of Women Walking in Victory (WWIV), passionately committed to empowering and nurturing a deeper spiritual connection among women, advocating for God, family unity, and community advancement. Furthermore, she serves as the Founder and President of the Lift Worldwide Corp., a Nonprofit Organization dedicated to community service and individual development.

Apostle Deveina Reynolds harbors a profound vision of spreading the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ globally, with a passionate desire to win souls for the Lord. As a co-founder of Divinely Designed Ministries, she collaborates tirelessly with her husband, Apostle Robert Reynolds Sr., demonstrating boundless love and compassion for God’s people. Her paramount mission is to lead, inspire, and educate those who are lost, urging them to embrace Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Recognized as a chosen vessel of God, Apostle Deveina Reynolds exudes profound empathy towards God’s people, striving to uplift and glorify the Kingdom of God.  
Over the years, Apostle Deveina Reynolds has spearheaded and sponsored numerous conferences, including Women Walking in Victory, Victory Empowerment Crusade, Enough is Enough, Loose Thyself & Rise Up and Shine, Turn the Page, YES I CAN, among others. She has been prominently featured as a guest on television networks such as TBN and Atlanta Live, serving as a Guest Speaker on many talk shows such as Ladies of Delight Journey to Freedom and Women of Dignity in Dallas Tx talk show. She has also launched her very own talk show, “Yes, I Can Watch Me Talk Show,” Her impactful influence extends beyond conferences, as she actively engages in counseling and volunteering at various organizations, including Home of Grace, The C.H.A.I.R. Ministry, Mission of Hope Haven House, Mercy House for Men, Ronald McDonald’s House, Volunteers of America, and the Red Cross.
